I have always had a love for strength training and just exercise in general. I like to think outside-of-the-box when it comes to training and designing workouts. My main focus is the client’s energy and confidence. I believe these are two of the most important aspects of life. The energy you surround yourself with, will be the energy you get back.
I have been working with Donald for 5 years. I have learned so much from working and studying with him. I started out training with him then progressed to teaching H.I.I.T. classes. Currently, I do small group personal training.
